পলাশী আদর্শ কলেজের ইতিহাস

শিক্ষা সম্প্রসারনে শিক্ষার আলোতে এই অঞ্চলকে আলোকিত করার লক্ষে কিছু বিদ্যানুরাগী ব্যক্তির স্ব- প্রনোদিত প্রচেষ্টায় ১৯৬০ সালে পলাশী বহুমূখী মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ১৯৯৫ সালে আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে ১৯৯৬ সালে পলাশী কলেজিয়েট স্কুল প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড যশোর স্মারক সংখ্যা কলেজ/১৩২০তারিখ ০৮/০৭/১৯৯৬খ্রিঃ। মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড যশোরের স্মারক নং কলেজ/৮৭৪ তারিখ ০২/১০/২০০৪ খ্রিঃ এর আলোকে গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের শিক্ষা মন্ত্রনালয়ের স্মারক নং শিম/শাঃ ১১/৩(২)২০০১/১৬১৮ তারিখ ১২/১১/২০০৬খ্রিঃ এর নির্দেশে মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড যশোরের কলেজ/অনু/১৭৪৩ তারিখ ১৯/১২/২০০৬ খ্রিঃ স্মারক নং পলাশী আদর্শ কলেজ ইআইআইএন-১৩১৯১৮ ডাকঘর-রোহিতা,উপজেলা-মণিরামপুর,যশোরের নামকরনের অনুমতি প্রদান করে। মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড যশোরের স্মারক নং- কলেজ/অনু/২৫৫১ তারিখ ২৩/১০/২০০৭খ্রিঃ বোর্ড মঞ্জুরী কমিটি পলাশী আদর্শ কলেজ নামকরন ও স্থাপনের চুড়ান্ত অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয় ।

PALASHI ADARSHA

COLLEGE HISTORY 

To spread the light of education, some education enthusiasts established this institution with the vision of educating society. In 1960, Palashi Bahumukhi Secondary School was founded. Later, in 1996, it was approved by the education board, Jashore and officially recognized Secondary and higher secondary education was introduced gradually. The  secondary level was approved on 1996, and the higher secondary level "Namely Palashi Adarsha College EIIN -131918 " was approved on 2008.

Based on the board’s approval 2008, the separate college namely Palashi Adarsha College EIIN+131918 was allowed to teach Humanities, Science, and Business Studies. According to the decision of the board’s academic meeting on 2006 and the approval 2006, permission was granted to conduct higher secondary education in these departments.

The college is located in Rohita Union of the Monirampur upazila in the Jashore district. It has continued to thrive through the tireless efforts of local residents and education supporters.

শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান জনগণের উদ্দেশ্যে নিয়োজিত কোন শিক্ষা প্রদান ও শিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র সংস্থা বা কর্পোরেশন ।

শিক্ষা পরিচালিত হয় শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে নিয়ন্ত্রিত পরিবেশে। তাই শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের গুরুত্ব সর্বাধিক। সামাজিক ও ব্যক্তিগত দায়িত্ব পালনের প্রধান হলেন শিক্ষক। দেশ ও সমাজের উন্নয়নে শিক্ষকের অবদান সর্বাগ্রে। দেশের উপযুক্ত নাগরিক দেশের সম্পদ।এই মানব সম্পদ বিকাশে শিক্ষকরা সক্রিয় ভাবে অংশ নেন।যে কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান যেন এক মিলন ক্ষেত্র। রবীন্দ্রনাথ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান বিষয়ে বলেছেন,”It is where young and old, the teacher and the student sit at the same table to partake of their daily food and the food of their eternal life."

শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে রবীন্দ্রনাথ খাবার টেবিলের সাথে তুলনা করেছেন।এখানে নবীন ও প্রবীন শিক্ষক এবং ছাত্র একই টেবিলে বসে খায় প্রতিদিনের খাদ্য গ্রহনের জন্য তথা জ্ঞান আহরণের জন্য।তারা অনাদি ও অনন্ত জীবনের জন্য খাদ্য গ্রহন করে ।

শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান শুধু শিক্ষাদানের কেন্দ্র নয় ।বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক শিক্ষার্থী উভয়কেই সমাজের দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য পালন করতে হয় ।যে দায়িত্ব বিদ্যালয় বা অন্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান পালন করে তা নিম্নরুপ । দেশ ও সমাজের যা ভালো তাকে সুরক্ষা ও সংরক্ষণ করা বিদ্যালয়ের দায়িত্ব ।

শিক্ষার্থী যাতে সামাজিক ভাবে উপযুক্ত হয়,অতীত অভিজ্ঞতা,সংরক্ষিত অভিজ্ঞতা যাতে ঠিকমত। সঞ্চালিত হয় তার কাজ বিদ্যালয় করে।

সভ্যতার অগ্রগতির সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে উন্নয়নে সাহায্য করা ।

শিক্ষার্থীর দৈহিক,মানসিক, নৈতিক,আধ্যাত্মিক গুণাবলীর সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ বিকাশে সাহায্য করা ।প্রাকৃতিক,কৃত্রিম,সামাজিক, পরিবেশে উপযুক্ত অভিযোজনে সাহায্য করা। এ ছাড়া চিন্তাধারা ও মানসিকতার সমন্বয়সাধন করাও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ ।

শিক্ষার্থীর অবাঞ্ছিত আচরণ, কুঅভ্যাস অনেকাংশে সংশোধন করার দায়িত্ব শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের।

শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষামূলক নির্দেশনা নয়,যে কোন ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার্থী যাতে সমাজের উপযুক্ত সদস্য হিসাবে গড়ে উঠতে পারে,ব্যক্তিগত সফলতা আনতে পারে,সে জন্য পথ নির্দেশ অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যালয় করে থাকে।

সাক্ষরতা প্রসারে বিদ্যালয়ের গুরুত্ব বিরাট। নিয়ন্ত্রিত কাঠামোর বাইরেও শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থীর যৌথ প্রয়াসে নিরক্ষর মানুষ যাতে স্বাক্ষর জ্ঞান সম্পন্ন হন তাতে সাহায্য করা। সমাজের কুসংস্কার ও অন্ধ বিশ্বাস দূর করে বিজ্ঞান সম্মত অগ্রগতিতে সাহায্য করা ।

জনসংখ্যা শিক্ষায় সাহায্য করাও বিদ্যালয়ের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ। জনসংখ্যা বৃদ্ধির হার কমানো,উন্নত জীবনমান প্রবর্তন এবং প্রাকৃতিক,কৃত্রিম পরিবেশকে দূষণমুক্ত রাখতে সাহায্য করা অন্যতম দায়িত্ব ।

ব্যক্তি ও সমাজের উন্নয়নের এই গুরুদায়িত্বের গুরু শিক্ষককূল। শিক্ষক সমাজই বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যতের রুপকার ।

Educational Institution:

A proper educational institution means a specific environment. So the ideal educational institution is one where the teacher is the central figure in teaching and overall formation. The country's and society's development depends on education. That’s why the importance of this education center is immense. It is an ideal center of education. It is a “school home.” In this educational center, the teacher and students eat together at the same table.

In this institution, the teacher lives with the students. Here, both teacher and student live and eat together. This is why the educational institution is a place of love and discipline — a family-like environment.

Education is not limited to textbooks; it aims to develop ideal people. It encourages national service and self-purification.

With academic learning, students are taught honesty, compassion, humility, self-reliance, courage, and patriotism — to become an asset to the country and society.

Through scheduled activities, discipline, and time awareness, students build mental strength.

Students receive overall development with daily prayer, meditation, collective life, and guidance from teachers.

They engage in various physical activities that help physical development and nurture the spirit of cooperation.

Besides studies, students gain practical knowledge — organizing science fairs, sports, cultural events, music, debates, agriculture, etc.

From school age, students engage in community service. They help the poor, distressed, and sick in society and grow up to be active citizens.

Our education teaches students to live with discipline, respect elders, and protect nature and the environment.

Teachers are the main architects of this mission for individual and social development. Society respects and honors devoted teachers.
